Kevin currently serves the people of Williamson County as a Sergeant in the PCT 3 Constable’s office. He is a Veteran of the US Army, retired from Texas Department of Public Safety with over 27 years served,and actively serves in his church. He became a resident of Williamson County in 2005, when he was transferred with the Texas DPS from El Paso. Kevin began his lifetime of public service at the age of 18, when he enlisted into the US Army. After his service to our Country, he served our State with the Texas DPS from 1989-2017, retiring with the rank of Captain, Texas Highway Patrol Division, Austin. Shortly after retiring from the Texas DPS, Kevin was offered to serve our County in the position of Deputy Constable in 2017 with the Williamson County PCT3 Constable's office and was promoted to Sergeant in 2021.
Kevin and his wife, Gigi, live in Georgetown. His daughter, Terry, attended Texas A&M and also received her Masters Degree from Texas Tech. Kevin has enjoyed coaching youth soccer and volunteering in Terry’s schools. He also mentored elementary school students near the DPS HQ in Austin.
As Constable, Kevin will continue to promote the integrity of the Constable’s office, a legacy set by the former and current Constables. He will use his leadership, experience and knowledge of the duties of the Constable’s office to maintain the standards of public service to Williamson County and will serve the office with Integrity, Empathy, and Fairness.

While stationed at Ft Rucker, Alabama, Kevin completed the Army Air Assault School. He was assigned to a Combat Heavy Engineer Battalion (Air Assault) promoting to Specialist E-4 and then transferring to Giessen, Germany. Kevin served in the Ammunition Section of Service Battery, 5/3 Field Artillery. In 1987, Kevin was selected as driver/security for the Assistant Division Commander-Manuever, Third Armored Division (Spearhead). During this time, Kevin attended the Primary Leadership Development Course, Evasive Driving/AntiTerrorism course, as well as numerous additional schools. Kevin received an honorable discharge with the rank of Sergeant E-5 in 1989 and returned to Texas.

Completed the FBI-LEEDA (Law Enforcement Executive Development Association) Trilogy Leadership Program.
Attended Civil Process training, and obtained the state certification for Civil Process Proficiency, requiring 3 years of full time experience in a Constable or Sheriffs office conducting civil process, 40 hrs of training, 20 hrs training in current time period as well as passing an examination.
